Flexible Spending Account Administration
AmeriBen/IEC Group offers a full Flexible Spending Account administration program that is completely integrated with our medical claims administration system. The system provides automatic rollover of claims, which simplifies the process for the participants and the HR/Benefits Manager, and also shortens the turn around time for a claim. The claim only needs to be filed once by the participant and the system automatically rolls over eligible claims for payment to the Flexible Spending Account Plan. We also offer direct deposit capabilities.
HRA/HSA
AmeriBen/IEC Group has partnered with Wells Fargo, a leader in Consumer-Directed Healthcare administration to offer HRA and HSA administration options to our clients. We offer the branded "Benny" debit card and 24-hour web access to enable effective management of FSA, HRA and HSA balances.
In addition, we will work with you and your broker or consultant to determine cost effective plan design. Wells Fargo acts as the trustee for HSA’s and offers multiple investment options for contributions.
